Hind Geo Pvt Ltd (HGPL), Mumbai was incorporated in July 2010 as a 100% owned subsidiary company of Hind Offshore Pvt. Ltd to meet the ever increasing demand for marine seismic data acquisition by E & P companies in India and the region. The objective of HGPL is to establish itself as a Geophysical Company and develop expertise in providing services in offshore seismic data acquisition (2D as well as 3D) and onboard processing as per SEG or International standards to Oil & Gas companies in India and abroad.

To this effect, HOPL has already acquired one Seismographic Research Vessel ‘Geo Hindsagar’ (ex-Geobaltic) equipped with state of the art seismic and in-sea equipments capable of carrying out 2D (1 X 12000 mtrs max) and 3D (4 X 6000 mtrs max) survey.
